To do so, print off the Mail-in Payment Form below (you will need 3 copies in order give us all needed information for all registrants) and fill out for your 5 ladies + yourself.  Write your check total for 5 Registrations (you are FREE!), and send in to the address below.  We do not, at this time, have a way for you to do this via credit card.
